A few days ago I was asked to make an overview of my long-term use of True Nano... I never did a "look back" analysis of "what has changed" of this product before. So, after 4ish years of True Nano, there's: 

• no fatigue 

• good sleep 

• no major jetlagging (I travel a lot)

• no headaches 

• pretty much down to zero skin rashes (compared to on and off dermatitis in past)

• general resistance to cold-n-flu

• very quick restoration from physical exhaustion (I tend to be a workaholic, lol)

• barely any menopausal symptom

• very rare heartburn/reflux (compared to harsh reaction to pretty much any foods in past).

I can't say it's a panacea or it cures specifically each of the mentioned points above. But I believe it overall changes blood chemistry and cellular performance, so the body can better use its resources and healing mechanisms (said by a non scientist user).

I want to share my fantastic experience with True Nano H2. I got the flu; I do not know coronovirus or not but it does not matter. The fight promised to be long and nasty. My temperature began to rise, my head was preparing for long and vile hours of a hopeless headache, my nose was running, my throat was severely scratching and I had bad chills. The infection started making its way from my throat to my bronchi. So I got ready for at least a week of flu siege. And then True Nano H2 came in the mail, which I bought purely in order to support H2 Universe startup business. Frankly, I did not expect anything to happen and start taking capsules just in case. Usually anti-viral drugs do not help me at all. I took two capsules, then two more and got involved. I honestly swallowed 2 capsules every 2 hours for 5 times. I woke up the next day as a new person, not a trace of flu and tons of energy like a one-year-old kid.

Dear friends! I want to share last years’ experience of my life. I’ll be brief! In April of 2018 I was diagnosed stage 4 colon cancer with metastasis in liver! Ct showed that I had 7 large and numerous, like night sky, metastasis in my poor liver! And very large tumor on my colon! Unfortunately, Surgery was not possible at this time! Back to this goodness, after a long break.

Just to share, I have been taking True Nano H2 since end of June. First 3 x day, then 2 x day. Had about a month of intense work/travel schedule, to a different time zone, cuisine and quite a contaminated place. Usually it makes me tired and jetlagged. In this occasion I returned feeling absolutely normal, with no altered sleep at all. Thanks so much, Yana.

“It is a bit over a week since I started taking Nano capsules. And here's is an interesting observation:
I usually hold 3-day water (occasional green smoothie) fasting every month. During those days, my bowels and sweating decrease significantly (to zero sometimes). And the 3rd (last) day I feel urge to get back to food and need to control myself to do it gradually. 

In my last fasting, I was taking Nano capsules, and I noticed that it was easy to extend my fasting from usual 3 to 6 days. During those 6 days (mostly water, with occasional green smoothies in specific order), I kept having 2 well shaped bowels a day, as if I was eating solids. Even at the end, after 4-5 days without food.
My sweating increased and had quite strong smell.
I had good level of energy and could easily continue my usual physical activity.
Taking Nano capsules is the only different thing I did, compared to the past.
Was that the detoxifying effect of hydrogen? ☺”

I was first introduced to the H2 (hydrogen tablets) product during massage therapy treatments and educated about the healing properties of hydrogen. I’ve found the therapies to be astounding for the body (human and animal). During our summer vacation I decided to take the hydrogen tablets with us just as just as a precaution. As we were traveling for a sporting event. The tablets are great for reducing inflammation, swelling, and all-around healing ailments. While on vacation my significant other came down with food poisoning. He was very ill unable to keep down water, light food substances (crackers), perspiring uncontrollably, muscle cramps, very high fever 102 or more and unable to get comfortable. Before trying to decide on a hospital venture we decided to try the tablets in the form of a “patch”. We crushed approximately 3 tablets and placed the contents inside of a wet paper towel. Folded it into a square form and placed it on the abdomen in the places of pain. Within 15 mins the stomach pain subsided and he was able to get in the shower/bathtub and relax. Following the shower, we did another patch and placed it across the entire lower portion of the abdomen. Within another 15-20 minutes he was asleep comfortably. We were both simply amazed at the bodies reaction to the hydrogen and its capabilities to absorb and enter the blood stream at such a high rate and intensity. He rested for another 24 hours with patches every 4-6 hours on the abdomen. Within one day he was feeling 90% better! The H2 tablets saved our vacation and we were still able to enjoy our trip and sporting events for our son. This product is able to cure muscle cramps, food poisoning, and a vast array of other ailments. I highly recommend the product and stand behind its capabilities and healing properties. It is simply amazing and a must try for anyone!
